The Confidence Talk: I Said Soar is about rebuilding confidence, particularly in the workplace. In The Confidence Talk, Idara Inwek Ogunsaju shares strategies from her own experience in rebuilding her confidence. Written with the workplace in mind, the book guides you through strategies with examples and scenarios to help cement the ideas. Idara Ogunsaju is the founder of the Antorge Group, LLC a Change Management and Leadership Development consulting and coaching practice. She began the group with a focus on advancing women on leadership pathways and rebuilding confidence in the workplace.
Prior to launching The Antorge Group, she led a career in healthcare that spanned more than 20 years with experience in consulting, inpatient and outpatient operations, labor relations, academic research, and private medical practice administration.
Ms. Ogunsaju has a BSc in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), and Change Management Certification from Cornell University.
Locally, Ms. Ogunsaju serves on the board of directors for multiple non-profit organizations in support of literacy and leadership development. In addition to supporting literacy and leadership development, Ms. Ogunsaju is an advocate for Maternal and Child Health, and women in leadership.
